Shipping & Returns


US shipping is currently a flat rate of $4.50. You read that right, no matter how much or how little you order, $4.50 will be the price you pay. 

95% of orders will ship the following operating day*. Orders placed before 8:30am CST on operating days* will ship the SAME DAY! The only exception to this is if I have a scheduling conflict in the evening. All orders will arrive with plenty of samples to make shopping and decision making easier next time. Want to know the name of a color swatch? Just email a photo to hello@tulipbloom.com and I'd be happy to give it a go!

Need to add something to your order and want to combine shipping? No problem! Please place an additional order and include your original order number at checkout. If this number is not included, your orders will not be combined. A $2.50 processing charge will be assessed for combining orders and will be taken out of your shipping refund.

International Shipping prices will vary based on country and weight. Looking for a lower shipping price? Please contact me via email at hello@tulipbloom.com with specific details of your potential order (type of material and how many you plan to purchase). I am very likely to offer a lower quote. $80.01-130.00 = $25.00
$130.01-175.00 = $37.00
$175.01-215.00 = $42.00
$215.01-260.00 = $45.00
$260.01-500.00 = $65.00
$500.01-600 = $85.00
$185.01-220.00 = $45.00
$220.01+ = $60.00

Shipping to the rest of the world:
$0.00-5.00 = $5.50
$5.01-10.00 = $7.50
$10.01-20.00 = $11.50
$20.01-30.00 = $13.50
$30.01-45.00 = $15.50
$45.01-55.00 = $17.50
$55.01-65.00 = $19.50
$65.01-75.00 = $21.50
$75.01-85.00 = $23.50
$85.01-95.00 = $25.50
$95.01-110.00 = $27.50
$110.01-120.00 = $30.50
$120.01-140.00 = $32.50
$140.01-160.00 = $36.50
$160.01-250.00 = $63.50



The current return policy at Tulip Bloom is that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Exceptions. If there is something wrong with your order, I would be happy to help. Please send an email over to hello@tulipbloom.com with details of your problem and photographs if possible to make corrections a breeze.

Tulip Bloom is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damages once turned over to the USPS or appropriate courier. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for tracking details within 2 business days of purchase.
