Policies

Payment:

We accept Debit/Credit cards and PayPal. Please contact me if you don't see your preferred method of payment.

Not responsible for packages lost, damaged or stolen once the package has been turned over to USPS.

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped 1-2 business days* after payment has been received. Orders will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail. Please contact me before your purchase if you need your order faster than that.

Need to add something to your order and want to combine shipping? No problem! Please place an additional order and include your original order number at checkout. If this number is not included, your orders will not be combined. A $2.00 processing charge will be assessed for combining orders and will be taken out of your shipping refund.

Customs import costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If there is a problem with your order and I need to ask a question, you will have 3 calendar days to respond or your order will be cancelled.

Returns/Exchanges:

All sales are final. The only exception to this would be seller error. All inquiries about refund, returns and exchanges must be made within 3 calendar days of delivery according to the tracking information provided.
